Seascape is a lovely first floor apartment with superb sea views from the living room and bedroom with bright and cheerful furnishings throughout.

There is a large attractive bedroom with a very comfortable super king-size bed and a superb open-plan living area with two comfortable sofas to relax in after a busy day exploring and there are stylish units in the kitchen area which is well equipped for self catering. This apartment provides a wonderful base for a coast and country getaway.

It is ideal to be able to leave your car parked in the private car park as there are so many wonderful walks and places to explore on foot from this property. The shops and restaurants of Lynton are only minutes away. The gardens provide a lovely place to relax on the terraces with superb views.

Seascape apartment is situated within a fabulous Grade 2 listed property named Lyn House, it is in a spectacular location in the centre of Lynton in beautiful North Devon, and within Exmoor National Park.

There are wonderful sea views from the apartment and also free on-site parking with an allocated space for each apartment.

Lyn House and is in a great position to enjoy the beauty of Exmoor National Park and the spectacular Valley of Rocks, the South West Coastal Path, delightful Watersmeet and the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth which is linked to Lynton by the world famous water powered Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway, all of this is just a short stroll from the front door.
